RantRave.com - As picked up by Google News from Rupee.US
There is no question about the business opportunities growing throughout India. The Indian consumer and business person is a growing force in the global online community. With more web activity growing throughout a well educated Indian business community, we have have more than a few American born web entrepreneurs moving towards opportunities in the search for Indian Rupees. Recently, website marketer and GDI affiliate Howard Scott, founder/owner of Payperz.com, Rupee.us and Home-Jobs.ws has been considering a move to India. He says "The engineering and web building worker pool in India is incredible, but we see an opportunity as marketers. Bringing a fresh marketing approach to an upcoming upper middle-class, educated Indian consumer and business person and consumer is clearly a huge oppprtunity." Mr. Scott will be moving his family and organization to India, feeling that even on the web, the marketer needs to know the local consumer. The first move in to India is converting a popular affiliate site from GDI to Urdu. Howard goes on to say "The opportunities in the virtual real estate market of domain registation is one of the finest in India. As we learn the local customer in India and their drive to better their financial positon, it is our belief that GDI offers one of the finest low start-up businesses available to India entrepreneurs." Being on the "ground" in India seems to be a first and growing trend of growing local programs on the internet. They expect 75 new GDI affiliates in the first month of operation. The interest has already begun as visits from Indian Business people have clearly been growing on the already established english speaking websites already in operation by Howard and associates. Time will tell if this "on the ground" approach to web marketing is a big winner in the land of the rupee.
